Mike has been practicing law for over 30 years and is licensed to practice law in the following states: COLORADO, OKLAHOMA, PENNSYLVANIA, & TEXAS. He has successfully represented numerous clients in court, and has extensive experience in structured finance, acquisitions, and commercial real estate, among other areas including securities and oil and gas. He is also a veteran of the U.S.M.C.
Mike received his BBA in Finance from Oklahoma University and also received a Law Degree from the Oklahoma University College of Law.
