Michael P. Kelly provides a wealth of knowledge, not only of the law, but how the justice system works. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and received degrees in both law and finance, and has been practicing law for approximately 30 years. He has represented companies in the areas of, among other things, oil and gas, commercial real estate, securities, private entity, and finance. He has served as In House Counsel for both private and public entities. He is admitted to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. He also received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Marine Corps in 1986 where he was the Chief Scout Sniper and worked in Intelligence (S-2), while assigned to a Surveillance and Target Acquisition (STA) Platoon for the Second Marine Division.
